Carrie Dorson, PsyD, LP          Minnesota License #5741​

 

Dr. Dorson has over 20 years of clinical experience.  She spent the majority of this time practicing outside of Minnesota while she also served in the military spending time in both the Army and Air Force.  Dr. Dorson returned to Minnesota in 2014 which is where she was raised and also completed her education. 

Dr. Dorson has experience treating adults, adolescents, as well as couples and families dealing with a variety of different concerns.  She also has extensive experience in psychological testing and assessments including:

  • learning disability assessments

  • IQ/achievement testing

  • ADHD assessments

  • personality assessments

  • employment screening and career assessments

 

She also has extensive experience conducting disability examinations for the VA.

Civilian Clinical Psychologist at Sheppard Air Force base, an outpatient mental health clinic serving active duty military, family members and retirees 

Private Practice Clinical Psychologist in Wichita Falls, Texas conducting outpatient therapy with adults, children and couples as well as completing psychological assessments
 

Independent Contractor/Clinical Psychologist at Cabot Psychological Services in Edina, MN for over 4 years
